How do I report an issue with a scooter?

There are multiple ways to report issues with a scooter.

  1. Before you start a ride
    1. When you have a scooter selected on the map, you can report an issue by selected the "Report Issue" button at the bottom left. This feedback is then sent to our support team. They will review your information and respond as soon as possible.
  2. During your ride
    1. While in an active ride, you can report an issue with the issue button at the top right. This feedback is then sent to our support team. They will review your information and respond as soon as possible.
  3. After your ride has ended
    1. During the process of ending your ride, you will be prompted to rate your experience. When selecting that you didn't have a good experience, you will then be prompted with specific options to report. This feedback is then sent to our support team. They will review your information and respond as soon as possible.
  4. Contact Us
    1. You can contact us directly via the this page. Fill in the requested details and our team will respond as soon as possible.
